RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Thank you for shopping at Modestalinda. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with every purchase you make online. If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will make it right for you. Before making any purchases, we advice every customer to look through every item and sizing information. We understand that not all size fits all, so we encourage customers to measure at home, to prevent customer return costs. Every brand and measurement is different for every item.

RETURNS

  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, smoke-free odor with all tags attached.
  • All returns will be in form of gift card
  • Credit card refunds will not be issued

THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS

  1. To begin the return process you must send your request to INFO@MODESTALINDA.COM.
  2. Customers must make a request via email for a return within 7 days from when the item was delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER 7 DAYS
  3. All returns must be APPROVED FIRST before it is shipped back to the store, to prevent shipping costs.
  4. Upon inspection of item/items, please allow approval to take 1-2 business days. 
  5. Returns must be received within 14 days from approval date.
  6. Please allow up to 5 business days to inspect and process your return once we receive it.
  7. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a store credit to your account. The amount will NOT include the shipping costs.
SHIPPING ITEMS TO STORE
  1. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs for orders and returns.
  2. We encourage customers to save and send us all return tracking information, so there is proof once it’s been delivered.
  3. Modestalinda is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
 EXCHANGE
  1. Modestalinda cannot guarantee customers that an item will be available by the time that their return has been processed.
  2. We do not hold items for customers, due the fact that customers have changed their minds about making a return and items have been held that could have been sold.

 DEFECT/DAMAGED ITEMS

  1. All defects and issues must be notified via email support@Modestalinda.com within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
  2. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
